Colin D. Peek

An entrepreneur and strategist, Colin has co-founded startups and advised Fortune 500 companies and notable celebrity talents in creative brand strategy, experiential marketing, media entertainment, and partnership development. Prior to starting his business career, Colin was an NFL athlete with the Atlanta Falcons and a captain on the 2009 University of Alabama National Championship football team under Nick Saban.

Aditya Julka

A serial entrepreneur, Aditya has co-founded two bio-tech companies with his second venture selling to a publicly-listed company in 2010. More recently, Aditya was the Co-Founder, CEO and then Chairman of Paddle8 prior to its sale in 2016, and has since been spending his time as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School where he advises and mentors student and faculty companies in Ecommerce, Consumer Health, and Biotech.

Tushar Adya

An operator, investor, and consultant, Tushar has over 15 years of global experience across the CPG and Retail sector. Starting as a consultant and then rising to Assoc. Principal of McKinsey & Co., Tushar specialized in global growth and transformation strategies for Fortune 500 companies. In 2014, Tushar became the President and COO of Dylan’s Candy Bar, where he transformed the specialty retail chain into a global lifestyle brand.
